As mentioned earlier, Coaching is not based on one's own knowledge to steer the other in a certain direction, but is based on asking the right questions out of ignorance and listening without judgment in order to get what the other person actually knows, but had not yet made manifest. Often a reaction is: "Verrek, now that I hear myself say it this way, I suddenly get a completely different view of the matter, and I can do something with that.'By giving the support, it is then helped to create new realities. However, asking the right questions is central. The one who knew this better than anyone was Francisco Varela (1946-2001), one of the greatest thinkers at the end of the last century. In his interesting articles he connects biology with psychology and philosophy. In memory of him, the following poem is dedicated:

Questions

Someone asks
and I see
what I did not see before.

Did I know that?
Did I simply omit to look?

No.
My understanding arose
with the question.

A true question does not
demand an answer.
It is not a hypocrisy
with the nature of the answer
preconceived.
A true question
is an honest question.

An honest question
arises in love,
In the acceptance of he world
where what appears
Is legitimate.

An honest question is a request
for an expansion of understanding.
In this desire illumination happens
and I see
what I could not see before.

This is a gift
from the one
who asks.
