Het doel van de stichting, zoals verwoord in de oprichtingsakte, is het bevorderen van de ontwikkeling van een nieuw paradigma in organisatie en leiderschap, gericht op de ecologische duurzaamheid van onze planeet en de evolutie van de mensheid.<\/p>\n<p>Het gaat daarbij om verbondenheid tussen mensen, tussen mensen en de natuur, verbondenheid met onze diepste bronnen van creativiteit en verbondenheid met ons bewustzijn van en verantwoordelijkheid voor de planeet waarop wij leven.<\/p>\n<p>Hiermee is de FNL \u00e9\u00e9n van de eerste organisaties en voorloper op het gebied van Natuurlijk Leiderschap, met in de hoofdrol de natuur als belangrijk portaal voor persoonlijke transformatie en leiderschapsontwikkeling.<\/p>\n<p>Inmiddels zijn ruim 1600 deelnemers mee geweest op \u00e9\u00e9n van onze unieke en hooggewaardeerde Wildernis Leiderschaps Trails. Na Afrika zijn er veel bestemmingen naar prachtige natuurgebieden in Europa bijgekomen. De organisatie werd in 2020 in Zweden opgericht als reactie op een gebrek aan vooruitgang op het gebied van de Sustainable Development Goals (SDG\u2019s) van de VN. De SDG\u2019s, die in 2015 werden uitgebracht, gaven de wereld een alomvattend plan voor een duurzamere wereld in 2030.
